Alex Rosewood

I am originally from Papillion, Nebraska, but moved to the Dayton area for competitive athletic drumline back in 2023. In my spare time I worked as a Physical Therapy Technician, where I learned how to treat various injuries and conditions through exercise. I eventually went back to school at the University of Dayton where I gained my bachelor’s in exercise science and became a certified personal trainer. These days I train full time to support my family and give back to the community that helped shape me.
I dedicated half my life to athletic marching band. When we found out my Daughter was to be born I gave up competitive drumline and a chance at a gold medal to be present for my new family. It was a really tough decision at the time but I would make the same choice every time over.
I want to help others improve their lives through fitness—to help you make the changes that will help you look healthier, perform confidently, and feel great about yourself. The results are amazing, but I love diving into the process and watching one breakthrough unfold at a time until we end up in a completely different place from where we started.
