Owner/Personal Trainer
Fitness has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I still remember sitting down with my dad to watch Rocky IV. Watching Rocky overcome impossible odds to defeat Ivan Drago sparked something in me. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to pursue a life built around strength, discipline, and helping people become the best version of themselves.
That passion carried me through my years playing football at Centerville and later into Muay Thai, where I learned that true fitness isn't just about physical ability—it's about resilience, consistency, and confidence.
After graduating high school, I earned my personal training certification and began teaching kickboxing. One opportunity led to another when a member of one of my classes introduced me to a personal training studio in Oakwood. That opportunity became the foundation for what would eventually become my career.
Today, more than 12 years later, I'm proud to be the owner of Coreplex. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of people improve their strength, recover from injuries, build confidence, and live healthier lives. But what makes me most proud isn't the facility—it's the community we've built.
Fitness changed my life. Now my passion is helping it change yours.
My passion is helping people discover strength they didn't know they had, using fitness as the foundation for lasting confidence and resilience.
