Back in Junior year of highschool I hurt my back. A stress fracture during a routine tackle in the middle of the football season. I wasn’t able to get out of bed the following day, so I went through demanding rehab with my PT and AT. Through hard work and determination, along with support from my family, friends, and medical staff, I was able to get back to top shape in time for Indoor Track season. The hardships I faced during my rehab process opened my eyes to what people go through when they have setbacks or challenges in terms of taking care of themselves and wanting to get better.
