Movement and performance have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. After growing up playing multiple sports, I went on to play Division I basketball at Stanford and now compete professionally overseas. Throughout my athletic career, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from experienced strength coaches, athletic trainers, and sports performance professionals who showed me how intentional training can transform not only athletic performance, but confidence and quality of life. Those experiences shaped my approach to training and ultimately inspired me to become a coach. My goal is to help others experience that same growth by building strength, improving movement, and discovering what they are capable of through purposeful, individualized training.
In 2022, complications from an ankle surgery left me questioning whether I would ever play basketball again. The next two years challenged me physically and mentally as I committed myself to rehabilitation, rebuilding my strength, and learning to trust the process. That journey ultimately allowed me to return to the court and continue competing professionally overseas. More importantly, it changed the way I view training. I learned that progress is rarely linear and that meaningful results come from patience, consistency, and believing in what you are capable of. That experience now shapes the way I coach by helping others navigate their own challenges and recognize their potential.
My passion for coaching comes from helping people discover their potential; whether that’s an athlete reaching a new level of performance or someone building strength and confidence in everyday life. Seeing people accomplish goals they once thought were out of reach and experience the confidence that comes from feeling stronger and more capable is what motivates me to continue learning and becoming a better coach for those I serve. Training is about more than lifting weights or changing your appearance. It’s about improving movement, building resilience, and creating the confidence to take on new challenges.
